Pantri App Inc. (“PantriApp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals who use our platform. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you access or use the PantriApp platform, including all associated applications, tools, and services.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including customers, providers, and general users. It governs information collected directly from users as well as information collected automatically through interaction with the Platform.
This Policy does not apply to third-party services, including independent providers, payment processors, or external websites, which operate under their own privacy practices.
PantriApp collects information necessary to operate a household management platform and facilitate service coordination. This includes information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and location when creating an account or interacting with the Platform.
We also collect information generated through your use of the Platform, including recipes, meal plans, notes, preferences, scheduling details, and communications.
In addition, technical data may be collected automatically, including device information, browser type, IP address, and usage activity.
Information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, including enabling service bookings, coordinating between users and providers, processing transactions, and delivering core functionality.
Information may also be used to personalize user experience, including AI-assisted recommendations and workflow automation through features such as Panny.
PantriApp may use information to monitor performance, detect misuse, enforce Terms, and communicate with users regarding account activity or platform updates.
Users retain ownership of all content submitted to the Platform, including recipes, notes, preferences, and other materials. PantriApp does not claim ownership of such content.
By using the Platform, you grant PantriApp a limited license to store, process, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
PantriApp does not sell user-generated content.
The Platform includes AI-powered features designed to assist users. These systems process user inputs to generate outputs that support planning and organization.
AI-generated outputs are informational in nature and may not always be complete or accurate. PantriApp does not use private user content to train external systems for unrelated purposes.
PantriApp does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary to operate the Platform, including with service providers to fulfill bookings and with third-party vendors supporting payment processing, hosting, or analytics.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Platform.
PantriApp implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no system can guarantee complete security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
Information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill operational, legal, and contractual obligations, including maintaining accounts, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
Users may access, update, or request deletion of their information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Certain data may be retained where necessary for compliance or security purposes.
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and PantriApp does not knowingly collect information from children.
The Platform may interact with third-party services. PantriApp is not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.
