This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you access or use the PantriApp platform, including all associated applications, tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, available at [pantriapp.io/legal/terms-of-use], which are incorporated herein by reference. Together, these documents form the complete legal framework governing your use of the Platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy and consent to the practices described herein.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including customers, service providers (“Providers”), and general visitors. It governs information collected directly from users, information collected automatically through interaction with the Platform, and information received from third-party sources in connection with Platform services.
This Policy does not apply to third-party services, including independent Providers, payment processors, or external websites, which operate under their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Platform.

The Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals; however, you may exercise opt-out rights as described in Section 11 of this Policy.

Users retain full ownership of all content submitted to the Platform, including recipes, notes, meal plans, preferences, and other materials (“User Content”). PantriApp does not claim ownership of User Content.
By using the Platform, you grant PantriApp a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, reproduce, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform. PantriApp may freely use, incorporate, and build upon Feedback without restriction or attribution.
Feedback may be retained indefinitely regardless of account status and is not subject to user deletion requests, as any intellectual property rights in Feedback are irrevocably assigned to PantriApp upon submission.
The Platform includes AI-powered features, including the AI assistant known as “Panny,” designed to assist users with planning, organization, and household coordination. (b) Technology and Infrastructure Vendors:Third-party vendors that support Platform operations, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics platforms. These vendors are contractually obligated to use information only for the purposes for which it is disclosed.
(c) Legal and Safety Disclosures: Information may be disclosed where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where PantriApp believes disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Providers, or the public.
(d) Business Transfers:In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of PantriApp's assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users in accordance with Section 14.
(e) With Your Consent: Information may be shared with third parties when you have provided explicit consent.
PantriApp does not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
