Important Notice Regarding Dispute Resolution
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND NOT IN A COURT OF LAW, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pantri App Inc. (“PantriApp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the PantriApp platform, including all associated applications, tools, and services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
PantriApp operates as a technology platform and household operating system designed to assist users in managing household activities, including meal planning, service coordination, AI-powered assistance, and workflow automation.
PantriApp provides digital tools and coordination infrastructure only and does not itself perform household services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
PantriApp is not a provider of household services. The Platform functions solely as a technology intermediary that connects users with independent service providers.
PantriApp does not control, supervise, or guarantee the performance, quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties. All service engagements are entered into directly between users and providers.
All service providers available through the Platform are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of PantriApp.
PantriApp does not control how services are performed and assumes no responsibility for the actions or omissions of any provider.
Users retain full ownership of all content submitted to the Platform, including recipes, images, notes, and other materials.
By submitting content, you grant PantriApp a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display such content solely for purposes of operating and improving the Platform.
The Platform includes AI-powered features, including “Panny,” which provide assistance based on user input.
AI-generated outputs are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. PantriApp makes no guarantees regarding the reliability of such outputs.
You agree that any reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk.
PantriApp facilitates booking and payment processing between users and independent providers. PantriApp is not a party to any service agreement and does not guarantee service outcomes.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers and are subject to their respective terms.
PantriApp may perform background checks or identity verification on providers. However, such checks are limited and do not guarantee safety or reliability.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and respect the rights of other users.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
PantriApp disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantriApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PantriApp in the prior 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PantriApp from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
PantriApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
PantriApp may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
